PawPeace Returns & Refunds

At PawPeace, we care about the health and safety of all furry friends. Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we have strict rules regarding returns.

1. No "Change of Mind" Returns

Due to the nature of pet products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or if your pet simply doesn't like the product. This ensures that every customer receives a 100% clean and safe item that has never been in another animal's home.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items (The PawPeace Guarantee)

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us at infopawpeace@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please include your order number and photos/videos of the fault.

  • Solution: Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once the packaging is opened:

  • Pet beds and blankets.

  • Harnesses, collars, and leashes.

  • Grooming tools or brushes.

  • Any item that has come into contact with a pet or pet hair.
